An Introduction to Weather Games

By now, you have probably looked up at the sky and wondered what those white trails are tailing behind jets. As most people may scoff it off as just being condensation trails, also known as "con-trails", evidence proves that this is not always the case. What are the trails that stop and restart as if something is being turned off then back on? Seems mechanical rather than natural. One way to spark interest in this phenomenon is to start looking up at the sky more often when outside, rather than looking down and into mobile devices. This may make one wonder: Would the U.S.A. really play with our weather? If so, as governing citizens, why would they do this without our consent? As you may see, various terms are used as opposed to the common term, "chem-trails". These terms are "cloud seeding", "geoengineering", "solar radiation management", etc. Who? Once your eyes are open, you will start wondering, "Who is behind these weather games?" Provided here are a few clues as to who.

Weather Modification, Inc. Started in 1961 in Bowman, North Dakota by two farmers/pilots, the company has grown to a world-wide network of projects ranging from military purposes to agricultural. They are even a "Silver" member of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council...imagine that.. • Here is a full list of their clients & projects • Here is Weather Modification, Inc's aircraft fleet

Weather Modification Association was created in 1950. It went by the original name, Precipitation Operators Association. In 1951, they changed their name to Weather Control Research Association. In their own words: "The Weather Modification Association was organized in 1950 to cultivate a better understanding of weather modification techniques, impacts, and expectations among program sponsors, program operators, and the scientific community, and to promote ethical professional conduct and a free exchange of information." The Weather Modification Association began publishing journals back in 1969.

"North American Weather Consultants, incorporated in 1950, specializes in providing Weather Modification, Air Quality Services, Ambient Monitoring, Tracer Studies, Applied Meteorological Studies, and Expert Testimony to clients in the U.S.A. and around the world." This company's website is so full of documentation that it would be exhaustive to mention everything here. Although, here is a link to one of their PUBLICATIONS page. Here is a partial list from 1962-2011 of their research projects. These include the project, sponsoring government agency, task and time period.

"Project Cirrus, initiated on February 28, 1947 under Contract W-36-039-sc-32427, requisition EDG 21190, was established to cover "research study of cloud particles and cloud modifications." Project Cirrus continued through the life of several government contracts, ending in 1952. A history of the project covers not only the work done under government contract but also the work of General Electric scientists for many years leading up to the establishment of the project."

"2025 is a study designed to comply with a directive from the chief of staff of the Air Force to examine theconcepts, capabilities, and technologies the United States will require to remain the dominant air and spaceforce in the future. Presented on 17 June 1996, this report was produced in the Department of Defense schoolenvironment of academic freedom and in the interest of advancing concepts related to national defense."
